These Terms govern your use of industrialspectrum.com (the "Site"), an online directory and marketplace connecting industrial companies, products, services and buyers. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
1. The service
Industrial Spectrum provides listings, a company directory, a product marketplace, request-for-quote tools, news and events. We are a platform: we are not a party to any transaction, agreement or communication between buyers and suppliers and do not guarantee any supplier, product or outcome.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 and use the Site for lawful business purposes.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms or put the Site or others at risk.
3. Company registration and verification
Companies are reviewed before appearing in the public directory. We may approve, reject or suspend a company at our discretion, for example if documents are incomplete, inaccurate or suspected to be false. A "verified" badge means only that a company passed our document review at that time; it is not an endorsement or guarantee.
4. Content you submit
- You keep ownership of what you submit, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it on the Site to operate and promote the service.
- You must have the right to publish it. Listings must be accurate and must not be misleading, infringing or unlawful, or offer prohibited goods or services.
- We may edit, decline or remove content that breaches these Terms.
5. Enquiries and quotes
Quote requests and messages you send are shared with the relevant supplier or our team. You agree not to send spam, misleading requests or unsolicited marketing. The terms of any purchase are agreed solely between the buyer and the supplier.
6. Memberships and payments
- Paid memberships (currently the Professional plan) are purchased by a company owner or admin and apply to that company. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.
- Plans are billed for the period you choose (monthly or annual) and do not renew automatically unless stated at purchase. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable; contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
- The Basic plan is free. Enterprise pricing is agreed with our sales team.
7. Prohibited use
You must not scrape or copy the Site at scale; attempt to breach security or access other users' data; upload malware; impersonate others; manipulate rankings or reviews; or use the Site for unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, code and our editorial content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission, except for normal personal or internal business use.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and event registration pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available". Market data, news and listings are informational and are not professional, legal or financial advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, or for any dealings between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
12. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
